Lead Cloud Engineer (AWS)-

· Hands on, Architect Develop and Manage development and production infrastructure with code-first approach developing AWS Cloud Formation templates and Python tooling

· Collaborate with other teams to architect for scaling and reliability targets

· Design, implement and manage cloud-related security controls

· · Implement AWS Lambda functions in Python that call AWS services, query databases, and use third-party APIs

· Python 3 (aiohttp, asyncpg, pytest)

· PostgreSQL

· Docker

· GitLab Perform compliance testing of cloud infrastructure in accordance with our security and operational controls, and document in our GRC software

Required Qualifications

5+ years of operations or development experience in a production SaaS environment

· Expert in hosting API backed SaaS in AWS using CloudFormation

· Skilled in developing DevOps tools with Python

· Previous experience with Docker and container orchestration with ECS/EKS/Fargate

· Strong understanding of security operations

· Familiarity with managing SQL databases and basic SQL queries

·· Experience participating in annual and ongoing SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 3rd party audits

· Familiarity with OWASP, NIST SP800-53, and SOC 2

· Experience with GitLab CI
